Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All items are 3D printed and made to order. Please allow 2–3 business weeks for processing before your order ships. Larger or more complex orders may require additional processing time. If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted with an updated estimated ship date.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 2–7 business days
• Canada: 5–14 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times may be longer during holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the package is accepted by the carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless specifically stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Starforge Cosplay is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

For damaged packages, please retain the packaging and take photographs of the package and damaged item, as these may be required for a shipping insurance claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the package shipped again.

Large or Custom Orders

Large orders, custom orders, or orders containing multiple items may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, you will be contacted after the order is placed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that 3D-printed products may have minor variations, layer lines, or other characteristics inherent to the 3D-printing process.
